Working Papers

Working papers on selected topics in health and health policy and and in food and agriculture, including food safety and food scurity are accessible through this page. The documents will be in pdf format, often with support speadsheets in Excel (Version 97-2003). Web pages on specific topics and PowerPoint presentations may also be added from time to time. As far as possible the language will be non-technical and the models in Excel spreadsheets will require only basic knowledge of Excel. The data and documents may be quoted, however, users are asked to credit the author and source.
